Our Testimonials

Sometimes it helps hearing what others have to say.

"Dealing with a new spinal cord injury and being released from the hospital can be a very scary time for the person and their family. I know it was for us. There were days we didn’t know where to turn for information and advice. Since we contacted the Spinal Cord Injury Nova Scotia, they have helped us with that. We have been able to call on them for help with several issues we have had, which also included Deanna writing several letters to advocate for my husband. Also, Chris has been a fountain of knowledge and a friend we can count on for advice. Thank you for all you do.”

Matthew and Jodi

“Thanks to SCI-NS, their Emergency Fund has been a tremendous help to me as a low-income wheelchair user, and they are such a great resource for information, support and advocacy. Their work and support is a great asset!”
